From 3 to 7 June, a special edition of Taste of Milano inspired by the Expo 2015 will gather the best catering businesses from Milan, Italy and from all over the World. Snaidero at the centre of Spazio Cucina, with a breathtaking Ola25 Limited Edition by Pininfarina and rich event calendar.
"The Snaidero kitchen": move freely within a space that is not only beautiful and efficient but most of all informal, convivial, opened to an infinite number of taste, knowledge, culture and interpersonal experiences. This is the spirit in which will be born the rich programme of initiatives and events meant to involve in the Spazio Snaidero the visitors of Taste of Milano. A unique space, centred around a spectacular kitchen - the Ola 25 Limited Edition - meant to make guests feel as if they were invited in the home of some old friend, with exquisite dishes and other culinary experiences as a red thread.
Snaidero, a special participant to a very special edition of Taste of Milan inspired by the international spirit of the Expo which will involve 25 restaurants from Milan, another 20 from all over Italy and a number of members of JRE - Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe - Italian branch, all of them moved by the wish to share the rich gastronomic tradition of our country. "Last but not least", as a part of the international Taste Festivals, this edition will also benefit from the presence of up to 5 chefs and international restaurants which will share with the distinguished guests the gastronomical richness of other countries.
With Snaidero, the "Spazio cucina" will be experienced as a custom made space intended for sharing and conviviality, hosting a wide array of activities related to food, wine, table dressing, households, books and travel. Among the numerous events, one that should not be missed is the "Blind Taste" by Milly Callegari: an activity centred on the discovery of tastes using all the senses, except sight. The valiant participants will be sitting around the table and experience amazing olfactory and gustatory perceptions, a genuine journey in search of taste.
