Dear user of the www.snaidero.com website, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Regulation’), this page describes how users' personally identified or identifiable data are processed.

DATA CONTROLLER

TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED, PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS

Using the website involves the processing of the following data:

  • a) Navigation data:, in the course of their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users, the URI notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment.

Such processing is to be considered legitimate insofar as it is functional to the navigation of the site requested by the user (Art. 6 paragraph 1, letters b) and c) of the Regulation).

The storage of navigation data will be limited to the time strictly necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the site and provide the navigation requested by the user. This period will generally not exceed six months, except for legal or security requirements or to perform anonymised statistical analyses.

  • b) Data provided voluntarily by the data subject: data provided by sending requests via the contact form on the website, as well as for the creation of a personalised account, are processed in order to respond to the data subject's requests (Art. 6, paragraph 1, letters b) and c) of the Regulation). These data are stored for a maximum period of 12 months and/or for the duration of the session, subject to legal obligations.
  • c) Cookies: cookies are used within the website. The data acquired via cookies are retained for a period that varies depending on the type, but not exceeding 24 months.

The processing by means of cookies is legitimate insofar as it is functional to the requested navigation (Art. 6, paragraph 1, letters b) and c) of the Regulation) and, subject to the acquisition of consent through banners, for statistical and marketing purposes (Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Regulation).

DATA PROCESSING METHODS

Data are processed with the aid of electronic or automated means, with logics strictly related to the stated purposes and in such a way as to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data.

With exclusive reference to navigation data and IP addresses, the website may share some of the data with services located outside Italy and the European Union, in particular with Google through Google Analytics. In that case, the transfer will take place in accordance with the regulations in force.

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

The data may be communicated to parties designated pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation as data processors (e.g. IT service providers) and to public authorities for legal obligations.

The data are also processed by duly authorised staff of the Controller.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS

Articles 15-22 of EU Regulation 679/2016 grant the data subject specific rights, including:

  • access to their personal data;
  • correction or update;
  • cancellation or restriction of processing;
  • portability of data;
  • opposition to processing for legitimate reasons.

The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority(www.garanteprivacy.it).
