INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), this page describes how users’ personally identified or identifiable data are processed.

The use of the website involves the processing of the following data:
NAVIGATION DATA
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
Such processing is to be considered legitimate insofar as it is functional to the navigation of the site requested by the user (art. 6, paragraph 1 (b) and (c) of the Regulations).
The retention of navigation data will be limited to the time strictly necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the site and provide the navigation requested by the user. This period will generally not exceed six months, except in cases where longer retention is necessary to meet legal or security requirements or to perform anonymized statistical analysis. At the end of this period, personal data will be deleted unless it is needed for legal or dispute resolution purposes.
DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE DATA SUBJECT
The data provided by sending requests through the contact form on the website, as well as in order to create a personalized account on the website in order to take advantage of the related functionalities, are processed in order to respond to the data subject’s requests (art. 6 paragraph 1 letter b) and c) of the Regulations) and are kept for a maximum period of 12 months and/or for the duration of the session, without prejudice to legal obligations.
COOKIES
Cookies are used within the website. The data acquired through cookies are stored for a period that varies depending on the type of cookie and in any case no longer than 24 months.
This processing is to be considered legitimate insofar as it is functional to the navigation on the site requestes bu the user (art 6, paragraph 1 lett. b) and c) of the Regulation) and, after acquiring the consent issued through the website banner, for statistical and marketing purpose (art. 6 paragraph 1 lett. a of the Regulation).

DATA PROCESSING METHODS
The processing is carried out with the aid of electronic or automated means and with logics of organization and processing strictly related to the purposes themselves and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in order to reduce the risks of destruction or loss, unauthorized access, modification and unauthorized disclosure.
With exclusive reference to navigation data and IP addresses, this site may share some of the data collected with services located outside Italy and the European Union area, in particular, with Google through Google Analytics services. In the event that this should become necessary for any reason, Snaidero as of now assures that the transfer of data will take place in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Data may be disclosed to parties designated by the writer, in accordance with Article 28 of the Regulations, as data processors (e.g., service provider for managing the computer system) and to public authorities to comply with legal obligations.
The personal data collected are also processed by the Owner’s personnel, who act on the basis of specific authorizations and instructions given regarding the purposes and methods of such processing.
RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation 679/2016 grant the interested party the exercise of specific rights, including those to obtain from the controller confirmation of the existence or non-existence of their personal data and their communication in an intelligible form; to have knowledge of the origin of the data, the purposes and methods on which the processing is based, as well as the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of computer tools; to obtain the cancellation or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, the updating, rectification or, if there is interest, the integration of data and their portability, as well as to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing.
The data subject also has the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
