STRAWBERRY SORBET

Strawberry sorbet, a refreshing dessert good, light and homemade.

This recipe is very easy to make, it just takes only three basic ingredients: fresh sweet strawberries, sugar and yogurt. You don't need the ice cream machine or egg white. You'll get a creamy, refreshing and colorful sorbet!

INGREDIENTS:
250 grams of Strawberries
90 grams of Brown sugar
125 milliliters of Water
30 milliliters of Lemon juice
20 grams of Yogurt, white or strawberrie

PREPARATION:
Put water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stir occasionally until melted. When it reaches a boil, wait a minute and then turn off. Allow to cool. Wash strawberries and blend with the mixer (if you do not like the seeds, pass the mixture through a sieve to remove them). Add yogurt, then the syrup. Mix well, and add lemon juice. Put it in the freezer, preferably in a steel bowl. Stir the strawberry sorbet every hour for at least 3-4 times. The last time it should be almost solid. After mixing the last time pour it into serving cups. Keep in the freezer and pull out 10-15 minutes before serving.
